Lek Hotel Today July 27th 2009

Featured Replies

As I was passing the Lek Hotel on Pattaya 2nd Road today, thousands of gallons of water was gushing down all sides of the building from the roof.

There were lots of rubber-neckers outside and a lot of panic and shouting but what actually had happened?

Does anyone know?

I called Al Gore. He said it was the ice cap melting as a result of global warming!!

I think it was a thai girl turning on the waterworks about the sick buffalo to assist in extracting a few more bucks from her bf

Was at the Lek for the 180 baht Buffet this evening. Never saw any problems.

:D Most water supply is held in tanks on the roof . My guess is that one of these has big problems eg broken pump or a broken storage tank :) .
