Well considering I've never seen any for sale in Vientiane I guess the chance of Havana cigars being around LP is a bit of a long shot! I was up at the Friendship Bridge visiting the main Duty Free shop today and didn't notice any and if there was going to be any anywhere that'd be the place, although I don't smoke but was there to having a good look around and the wife was buying some perfume.

Any Havanas to buy in LP??? Can buy at duty free out bound at the airport?

2. I have visited Cuba and can tell you that you should not buy stoggies on the street! Hence i wouldn';t buy them on the street anywhere. Remember, you will ignite and ingest the smoke.... Any further questions!
