Where To Buy Plans For Bungalow

Hi

We want to build a BASIC 2 bed 2 bath outside kitchen on my wifes land soon ,, what I am looking for is just some basic plans to liase with the local builder ,, I know you can buy the fancy plan books in the SE-ED shops I am not after them ,,,,, I just wonder if you can buy a basic plan book , and if so where can we get it from ??

Our local Or-Bor-Tor here on Phuket keep plans for about a dozen basic houses for use in the community, perhaps it's worth inquiring at your local council or asking your local "village boss" if they have something similar,

Usually the office that issues the permit has plans you can choose from. You can also make up a floor plan with dimensions and render of outside and take to office and they will send out to have plans made. Wife did this with our plan and it only cost 4k baht for constructions plans.
