Remedy for a small inactive penis
This post shouldn't be taken seriously and shouldn't be in the health and wellness forum as it is misleading and potentially poses health risks. It sounds like a spoof, but seems to be a real product designed to simply make money and most likely the so called product is just a scammy hoax. From ChatGPT: This article reads like a typical example of a clickbait advertorial that is likely part of an affiliate marketing scheme. Several red flags suggest it is not a legitimate news piece: Fake Endorsements: There is no public record of a Dr. William Winchester affiliated with urology or male health in reputable UK medical circles. The name appears to be fabricated for marketing purposes. Exaggerated Claims: Claims like increasing virility or size “by 17 times” are medically implausible and not backed by any credible scientific evidence. MHRA Approval Misuse: Products making these kinds of claims, especially supplements, would be under strict scrutiny by the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). There is no publicly accessible record of “PeakMan®” being approved by the MHRA. Nonexistent University Research: The article mentions “scientists from the University of Colorado” but provides no links to published research or studies, which is common in scam marketing. Aggressive Sales Tactics: The style of writing is emotionally manipulative, preying on insecurities while pushing readers to “click to learn more,” a hallmark of misleading product promotions. Suspicious URL: The link you posted belongs to an obscure domain with no legitimate association to medical news or science-based health advice. If you are considering any product based on this article, I would strongly recommend exercising caution. Always consult with licensed medical professionals and rely on well-regarded sources like the NHS, Mayo Clinic, or your doctor before trying any health supplement. -

Report Myanmar National Arrested for Smuggling Cigarettes Worth 2M Baht
Picture courtesy of KhaoSod In a significant bust, a 20-year-old Myanmar national was detained for smuggling tax-evading cigarettes valued at over 2 million baht (approx. $60,500) across the Sangkhla Buri border. The illicit goods were destined for Ban Phra Chedi Sam Ong Market. Yesterday, on 21st July, Police Major General Atsadawut Panyaraoon, the commander of the 9th Infantry Division, announced the operation alongside Kanchanaburi governor Athisan Intra. They had received intelligence about the smuggling activity, prompting immediate action. The cigarettes were being transported through natural routes to avoid detection, a tactical choice aimed at bypassing border security measures. Colonel Phannasak Phriwapanich, commander of the 29th Infantry Regiment, and Colonel Piyanes Phatrasasawatwong, deputy commander of the Lat Ya Task Force, coordinated efforts with the Border Patrol Police Company 134 and Sangkhla Buri district officials. They set up a patrol and surveillance operation near Ban Bo Ye Poon in the Nong Lu subdistrict. By the afternoon, the authorities heard a motorcycle approaching. On investigation, they discovered a 20-year-old, named Aos, riding a motorcycle with a sidecar, registration number 761 Kanchanaburi. The sidecar was laden with suspicious items concealed beneath a blue tarpaulin. Upon thorough inspection, security personnel unearthed 2,000 packs of untaxed cigarettes hidden inside white plastic bags. The contraband, intended for sale at Ban Phra Chedi Sam Ong Market, had been smuggled from Myanmar to evade Thai taxes. When questioned, Aos admitted he was hired to transport the cigarettes to the market in Sangkhla Buri. Following the seizure, the police confiscated the goods and took Aos into custody at the Sangkhla Buri Police Station for legal proceedings. This operation underscores the continued efforts by Thai authorities to combat smuggling activities and protect local revenue streams. The collaboration between different divisions signifies the importance of inter-agency cooperation in curbing illegal cross-border trade. As the investigation unfolds, it remains to be seen whether this arrest will lead to further crackdowns on the network behind this smuggling operation. Authorities have hinted at ongoing efforts to dismantle such networks and prevent future breaches along the border. The incident highlights the persistent challenge of border control and the measures needed to bolster security in these vulnerable areas. For the people of Kanchanaburi, and indeed Thailand, it’s a stark reminder of the risks posed by unchecked smuggling activities and the need for vigilance in protecting local commerce. This arrest marks a crucial step in deterring future incidents and demonstrates a firm stance against illegal trade. For now, the people of Kanchanaburi can breathe a little easier, knowing that their security forces are actively working to keep their borders safe from unlawful activities. UK Flat – Sell or Keep Renting? Expats Who’ve Been There – What Did You Do?
I bought a flat specifically to rent out and generate income. It may not be the greatest ROI at around 4% after agent fees, insurance and routine repairs, but it also keeps me linked to property prices back in the 'home country' should I ever want to return. Each time I have to go to arbitration to use the deposit to cover damage caused by a departing tenant, I consider selling, as they always seem to side with the tenant and the 50% or so of the deposit rarely covers the true costs of damage. But what's a safe alternative. I tried the investment route and lost half the funds to a series of 'advisors' who each chose investment funds based on the size of their commission. I've recently bought a property in Bangkok to rent out, and while the buying costs and rental incomes are both lower than in the West, the ROI looks to be higher at 5%, but I have to factor in a falling capital value vs a rising one in the West. -
