Does anyone know the cost for land transfer at the Pattaya land transfer office. I have just bought a house and will soon have to do this?

Why don't you ask your agent? He also is responsibile for the transfer doc's....... anyhow currently it's cheap as the Govt has reduced down tax/duty dramatically until March next

You can go in the Land Office in Pattaya with a copy of the Chanote, tell them what price you are paying/declaring and they will tell you exactly how much it will cost.

There is no set rate, each different area has a different "rateable" rate.
