Security specialist Frank DeSommer will address some of the street level crimes and how they effect tourists and residents as well as larger serious activities from internal employee threats to transnational crime and terrorism.

Mr Frank DeSomer, a retired U.S.Marine presently working in Thailand within the Private Security Sector, who also Chairs the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) for the U.S. State Department.
