Renting Out A Condo

Featured Replies

Hi,

someone I know just had a condo finished in Ratchada Huai Khwang. They want to rent it out but are wanting an idea of how much they could rent it out for.

just wanted to help them out so thought i'd come on here and ask (they are not in thailand at the moment).

anyway, if someone could look at it and give an idea of how much they could get, that would be great.

you can get a 360 degree view here:

http://www.theseed-condo.com/panorama/one-...ne-bedroom.html

it's 29 square metres, 1 bedroom condo. Think it's on the 7th or 8th floor.

so, for anyone experienced in renting out, or even someone who rents a condo themselves your ideas would be much appreciated. Like I said, just an idea would be good. I've only rented one apartment in bangkok so I could only guess.

thanks

edit: miiiiiiiiight have put it in the wrong forum. Just noticed underneath there was a housing section

Probably Bt8-9k/month if fully furnished.

Don't be fooled by marketing lingo of developers. This unit is a studio with sliding doors separating the bed from the sofa. Close those doors and the sofa area will have no natural ventilation and light.

A 1-bedroom unit means the sofa area would have its own window or balcony and sliding door.
