My car is in my g/f name but she sadly died last month and now i do not have a clue on how to have the car put into my name she has a daughter who is 16 and her mother is still alive if anyone know how i can do this then please could you tell me or is there an agent that i may use to do this for me.

I had the same experience with a motorbike in my girlfriends name, she also died. The family turned up at my door with the police and took it away, I could do nothing. 

It depends a lot on your relationship with the family. My experience with Thai's is they will always just grab what they can, Ferangs are of no consequence, TIT.

Just want to add i don't think that there will be any problems with the family.

I hope so, as I say best of luck, but I really don't know answers. The vehicle should go to the next of kin, then the ownership would have to be transferred to you.

It's not going to be easy, is it worth a lot of money?

Do the family know whose name the car is in? You can use it, tax it, insure etc, but never sell it. That might be the better option, just leave as it is.
