That's 66 baht per Person. Or is my Calculation wrong? What you get for 66 Baht? Or is most of everything for free?

66 baht per person for fuel, foods, drinks, accommodations (for visitors), etc etc etc.

I guess they mean 33 billion baht.

I would guess they just plucked any random high sounding number out of thin air without applying even the most cursory logic to examine it.

And I would put 33m infinitely closer than 33bn on a per head basis.
