Hotels In Ranong

Featured Replies

On the way up to Ranong, I've noticed several signs for "hot spring spa resorts / hotels". However, trawling the web, the only ones I can find listed are those in Ranong town : Tindee, Jansom, Ranong Garden etc..

Anyone know any details, have contact numbers, and quality comments, for these hot spring hotels?

Thank you.

We have tried a few hotels in Ranong over the years. We liked the Ranong Garden the best for location and value-for-money (600 baht). It's located on the Ranong bypass, not far past the first turn off left into Ranong, on the opposite side/right of main road. But it does not have a swim pool or spa.

We had a pleasant stay recently at The Tinidee which used to be the Royal Princess Hotel. They have the hot spa baths and swimming pool as well as a fitness center. This hotel is located in the center of Ranong Town. You can check out their website at http://www.tinidee-ranong.com/

Many years ago we used to stay at the Jansom Thara particularly for the hot spas, but unfortunately it went downhill and has subsequently been closed for the past couple of years.

I agree...I stayed there too. Very nice place indeed.

I used to live in Ranong and I also recommend the Tin Nee. I was backed in Ranong a few weeks ago and stayed there.
