Sathu Pradit Road : Where Located ?

Featured Replies

Where in Bangkok is Sathu Pradit Road located ? And is it near any BTS or Underground station ?

Sathupradit is quite a long road, so you'll need to know where you have to go. It starts at Chan Road (not far from Sathorn) and finishes at the Chaopraya River, so major intersections are at Ratchadapisek (near Central Rama 3) and Rama 3 (near the river). The nearest BTS is Chong Nonsi, which is about a 50 baht taxi ride to Centra Rama 3, so a long way from the River end of Sathu, but not far from the Chan Road end.

Are you going to work there? There is a bus that goes to sathu pradit from silom road. I think its number 72 (aircon one)

He might mean songthaew #1272. (large red truck, with bench seating in the back) It runs west on Silom, south on Surasak, west on Sathorn, south on Charoen Krung, then east on Chan past the Sathupradit intersection.

Or from Charoen Krung, take bus #35 southbound. Or, from westbound Sathorn (near Soi 1 or Soi 3), take bus # 62. It runs Sathorn - Suanphlu- Nanglinchi- Chan-Sathupradit.

NO-not anymore. 1272 has been banned from Silom proper. Also its NOT citybus 72-but liikely the 77-has both red=normal, green mini and orange AC. There are scores of good citymaps showing all sois with nrs-find a bilingual one to help out with taxis etc.
