Gym Free Weights (day Pass)

Featured Replies

Can anybody recommend a gym in Bangkok that has free weights (olympic barbells), squat rack, and sells day passes?

gym's are more modernized these days compared to the past - which I really miss. Finding a gym with free weights (squat, powerlift, deadlift, benchpress etc) may be difficult to find.

- did you try exploring any national sports club? i.e. Police gym, national sports gym, Public YMCA type organization?

best to you, hope you find your weights!

Check out the Windsor Hotel at Sukhumvit 20. They have a Clark Hatch gym with free weights. I think the day passes go for 200 baht per day.

Is there a police gym or do you mean use the gym at a police station? Would they be ok with that?

The California Wow I go to has free weights and power rack and the power rack hardly ever gets used, so no waiting. Sells days passes also, but they're expensive compared to monthly membership.

Lumpini Park. Two outdoor gyms with free weights.

I think one is free.

Maybe don't have squat racks.
