I was just wondering how much you expect the rent to be per rai per year? I assume you are not using the land to produce rice so what will you be using the land for?

Areas that I'm connected with rent for a growing season of about 1500 baht per 8 rai. You would normally know the area and ask the owners who do not want to be bothered in growing a crop to lease. These owners would not be on TV.
