If you are offering your land to rent, please advise location in Korat and price you are asking per rai, Also advise if you have to rent all of the land or if you allow smaller parts, such as 200 or 300 rai.

I was just wondering how much you expect the rent to be per rai per year? I assume you are not using the land to produce rice so what will you be using the land for?

Areas that I'm connected with rent for a growing season of about 1500 baht per 8 rai. You would normally know the area and ask the owners who do not want to be bothered in growing a crop to lease. These owners would not be on TV.
