Maybe my wife can persuade him to come the 100 k over to us for a couple of days work redoing the electrics in our new house. The builder gave us one earth only for the oven and we have lights that come and go at random. Maybe he can also make some sense out of the local power company about options for reinforcing the local power supply - currently (woops unintended pun) no more than one air-con unit will deliver cold air at any one time and the hot water heater at one end of the house has insufficient power to do other than deliver lukewarm water. In short situation normal for Thai village electrics!
