January 19, 201016 yr I assume the solid gold urinal and bidet is included in the asking price? Seriously, somebody has to have misplaced a decimal point here. Looking at other units in that building, they sell for about 30,000 - 35,000 baht/meter, so I would guess this ad was supposed to be 1.38 million. 138 million is just absurd, but it does make you wonder just what might be in that apartment to justify the price...
January 19, 201016 yr Damb... stupid me, I knew I shouldn't have bought that 532 square foot fully furnished 4 bedroom condo in Manhatten... If I would have just saved my pennies a bit longer, for only about 7 million baht more, I could have bought a 36 square meter condo in Pattaya...
