well Apec has gone and Panshit Plaze returns to normal

No shortage of Pirate DVD's again

Question from a recent survey I see that 30% of these dvds turn out to be faulty.

Has any one tried to return a faulty pirate dvd for replacment or refund?

Panshit may be back to normal but the IT mall at Fortune Town has been open for CD-ROM's and DVD throughout APEC - you just go to the back on the stores selling cd-roms.  Computer prices are far cheaper, it's far less crowded and it's got decent air-con. ;-)

Yes AWSEM, on a number of occasions I've kept the faulty ones (for up to 3 or 4 months while over in Burma!) and next trip into Bangkok, wandered straight up the back of Pantip, found matey who sold me the dodgy DVD's (or anyone who looked remotely like matey, black hair, working in DVD shop etc)

and not one single time have I ever been refused an exchange.

No refund, mind you, but always told I can choose some more in exchange, after careful scrutiny of the goods.
