Just head over to Tesco Khamthieng and go to the Khamthieng Market. There are at least a dozen Landscape Contractors there. Ask to see their portfolio. You could spend as little as 7000 Baht for a complete garden (no irrigation) to hundreds of thousands for something very elaborate. Sky's the limit. They have people who will come 2-4 times a month and clean, cut, feed, spray insecticide, etc.
