Any branch of the post office should be able to send EMS for you (and for that matter many other places can handle EMS for you as well but going to the post office might speed the delivery up by a day)

Mail from Thailand to Oz takes about 1 week, EMS is the way to go.

actually DHL is fastest and best.. 24 hours to Sydney,, if dropped off before 10am at office near Foxy lady behind night bazaar,, 800 baht. use it every week.
