Legal Construction Hours

Featured Replies

Does anybody know the permitted hours that a construction company is allowed to work in a residential area.

My house is near the govt. convention building and they are doing a mega brown root construction project there.

They demolished most of the trees which has fcuked up the soundproofing and they are working from 7am to 10pm every day.

This used to be a nice quiet area, alas no more....

Cheers :)

Thanks for the daily laugh. You have lived here long enough to know better.

Legal construction hours. HAHAHA.

I can tell you that most crews work from 8AM until sunset, but it isn't uncommon for night crews to work on bigger projects. I don't think that you really have any legal recourse on the situation. Just hope that they work fast and get the job done.

I know that I'm wasting my time complaining, but it's the 7am start that gets om my tits. Unfortunately for me it's a 2 year programme, time to move LOL...
