astral Posted February 7, 2010 Posted February 7, 2010 Sorry, I am confused. Is it 67sq m or 47sq m????
giacomino75 Posted February 8, 2010 Author Posted February 8, 2010 The apartment is 67sqm and the price per sqm is 47.760bht (negoziable)
astral Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 It is a good idea to place sales in the Classified as well.
trogers Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010 Can be salable if you spend Bt50k to add ceiling type extractor fans in both the toilet and bathroom and ducted to the balconies. Most people do not fancy having toilet smell venting on to the pantry through that sliding window, nor a bathroom with no window nor ventilation.
giacomino75 Posted February 17, 2010 Author Posted February 17, 2010 I'm sorry if i didn't write because i thinking that it's normal for to live in a good and fresh ambient, the small and big bathroom have dehumidifier and ventilator.
