Want To Buy A Condo In Nong Khai Or Udon

Featured Replies

Hi. I still want to buy a condo in NE Thailand, preferablly Nong Khai or Udon Thani: Koen Khan might do.

Anybody know of anything or where I might inquire?

Thanks,

Focus

A condo. My dictionary says "flat" and "appartment" (I am not a native English speaker...) .

There is just ONE in Nongkhai called Nongkhai Condominium situated at the Thanon Keew Worawut close to the crossing with the Thanon Chayaphon. A bit west of centre of town; market and shops nearby. Nongkhai is not a big city. A many storey building, view at the Mehkong. Mostly used by old farang and Thais who rent there. Small appartments (one room) but there are things for sale, never been in those parts of the building.

Do you have a Thai partner ? In that case may be you better buy in a "Moo Baan". More space, more quiet, no elevator. If you want more info just send me a message and I will look for a broker. Good luck.

If your talkung about A true condominium there are none at Udon Thani.go to the forum at udon map

I've been staying in Nong Khai for six years now.

I know some very nice 'town houses' that you could look at if you wish.

Also some empty upscale houses for sale if that's more in your taste.

But, condos - there are none ( except that one mentioned )

Do you want a reception / service or just a good quality apartment / house ?

Send me a message and I might be able to give you some contacts.

I'm not in the business, so I do it just to help you out.

Personally i rent a house here for 6000 baht/month that is just wonderful.

The landlord has become a close friend of mine and I might eventually buy it one day..

Let me know if you're interested, I'll be around until mid-June.

Cheers

Johan V
