These apartments are only about 1 year old, very high standard, top spec build, not the usual rubbish that agents in BKK will take you too. Nice sized kitchen with microwave and full size cooker with oven, large bathroom with Washing machine, lots of storage, parking, massive swimming pool, well equipped gym, separate sitting room, (could be 2nd bedroom), very large master bedroom. It comes supplied with all cookware, Bedding, DVD player, Large room Fan and everything necessary … all you have to do is move in.

tuk tuk every hour to BTS Phom Phrong or Asoke, Fuji supermarket.

5 mins walk to motorbike station, 2 mins walk to 4 very good restaurants, 10 mins walk to supermarket, 7/11, bakery, more restaurants etc.

Not So Good Points

At the end of soi 31 but this could be a plus or minus depending if you want peace and quiet (lovely and quiet) or if you like to be living right on Sukhumvit road in which case this apartment wouldn't be for you!
