I'm currently looking for a house for rent in Chiang Mai, prefferably around Central Airport Plaza or a little more down the road to Hang Dong but not further then Big C supermarket.

Doesn't have to be a big house, but it needs to have aircon and it needs to be (fully) furnished. Budget 6k-8k baht.
