Oh dear it seems we have the same security system!

We really have to hope all the burglars in CM are allergic to dog saliva!

My dog (Dogue De Bordeax) sleeps inside the house - he hears everything even when asleep - he only barks when he senses danger or someone comes to the door - his bark is so low and deep, but loud, that it frightens the sh!t out of everyone. No one comes in my house without me securing him.

I don't know which is scariest: the gun, the shorts, or the decor.

for the first time Im actually considering getting one... Doperman or Rotweiler would be good... but actually the dog in the photo looks great as well... is it yours? is it for sale?

Please not a Doperman but a Doberman okay...nothing worse than a dog on dope..

About 4 years ago we had a new extension built within 4 weeks we had an attempted burglary it turned the perps had info from someone associated with the build.

They had been told about our German Shepherd so a few days before the attempted robbery they poisoned her, something they had done at other properties where the dogs died. They had not reckoned with our girl who after 2 days of hanging in the balance recovered as we had her down to the vets within half hour of the poisoning attempt. I covered the 20 minute journey in about 12 minutes, lights blazing and the wife in the back of the car giving the dog cpr,we were very lucky.

Our dog heard them in extension barked like hel_l and scared them away,they got nothing! They eventually got the bastards, 3 or 4 dead dogs I believe. I recommended poison as their punishment but not sure if that happened.
