Labour Lawyer In Songkhla - Please

Featured Replies

Hi all, could sombody please point me in the right direction for taking a school in Hadyai to the labour court over an employment dispute and me losing my job without severance pay etc. .

Do I need a lawyer ? , could I not take them to court myself ?

If I do need a lawyer, does anybody know of one in the area ?

Thank you kindly for the help

You might want to check in the community forums for your area. (Don't open the same topic there), but take a look and see if there is anything about lawyers or Labour Court. If you want the topic moved, just PM me (or another mod) and we can move it there for you.

Best of luck.

Can you speak Thai?

Is the school "connected"

Do you have time to interpret the law?

Do you know which court you intend on taking them to?

Did you contact your local education office?

You will have 3 choices on how you want to settle your dispute. I posted most of the necessarey information on the post about severance pay.

Get a lawyer? Definitely! Hahaha but not a local lwayer if your school has any clout in your area. You will get screwed. Sue them in Bkk. This is the only way you will have any impartial judgement rendered.
