Swedish Tourist Falls To His Death At South Pattaya Hotel

Featured Replies

Early on Wednesday Morning, Police Lieutenant Colonel Wirawoot from Pattaya Police Station was called to the Royal Twin Palace Hotel in South Pattaya following the discovery of a body on a 2nd floor flat roof area. Police inspected the body of Mr. Lars Rutger Johansson aged 57 from Sweden. He was known to be staying in a 12th floor room at the Hotel and, upon further inspection of the body, Police assume he had fallen the 10 floors to his death. Police inspected the victim’s room number 1223 and found nothing suspicious, apart from many cans of Beer. Mr. Johansson had checked into the Hotel on 21st February and on Monday Night a Security Guard spotted him in the Hotel Lobby carrying many cans of beer. He appeared to be in a depressed state according to the Guard. A post mortem examination including a toxicology report will take place to determine Mr. Johansson’s physical state prior to his death. Police have ruled out third party involvement in his death.

My condolences to the family and friends of the victim.

"Police have ruled out third party involvement in his death."

A sad turn of events but what about second party involvement?

Whatever the circumstances, this is sad story.

R.I.P. and condolences to his friends and family.
