Report Thailand's "Zoo of the Future" Set to Transform Wildlife Conservation
File photo for reference only Dubbed "Thailand's New National Zoo," an innovative project is taking shape in Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province. On May 14, Chalermchai Sri-on, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, along with other officials, visited the construction site located in the Rangsit wetlands area, highlighting a model that aims to revolutionise zoos in the region. The development, envisioned as a "Zoo of the Future," merges wildlife conservation, education, and advanced technology with a focus on creating a "Biodiversity Park." This approach strives to replicate natural habitats meticulously, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of biodiversity and ensuring the welfare of the animals while enhancing visitor experiences. The design of the zoo draws inspiration from the floodplain landscape of the Rangsit fields, perfectly integrating with its surroundings. The animal exhibits will feature open, barrier-free views to allow visitors to be immersed in the animals’ habitats. The layout also employs natural divisions like dry moats and water channels, enabling animals to see each other, while ensuring visitor safety and maintaining a natural feel. Beyond being a traditional zoo, this project aspires to serve as a "living learning space," nurturing environmental awareness across generations. It is set to become an international-standard environmental classroom, promoting lifelong learning through engaging exhibits and activities. Innovation is at the heart of the project, integrating modern technologies in ticketing, visitor management, and data protection. A central information hub will ensure secure and efficient management of zoo data, enhancing operational efficiency and visitor satisfaction. "Thailand's New National Zoo" not only seeks to set new standards for zoos but also acts as a beacon for combining conservation efforts with educational initiatives. By seamlessly connecting “people – animals – nature,” this project promises to elevate the role of zoos in promoting biodiversity and environmental stewardship in the region. Oh 'Secret Service', the OP is quoting Kash Patel as saying “the SS”? I honestly thought he was doing a Heinrich Himmler impression. He was the head of the actual Nazi SS — wasn’t he? -

Crime Chinese Tenants Flee Without Paying Rent, Trash Property in Prachinburi
So the owner has 5k baht to clean up the mess…if no damage just collecting trash and cleaning the rental….that cost is way less than half the deposit so the owner actually made a few baht should have collected the extension monies in advance forcing the renters to clean the place if they wanted their deposit back (which is always at the iffy/mercy of the owner)
