already... size of the house is 4x6 M. with wash room ..

but, if you wanna build a new house no need to ruin a little house

just build a new house with the empty land and let that little house for guess room.

Well, I used to live there but, I moved to Mae-rim and not much time to take care of that house and land

and I'll go to another country in this year then, I need to sell it or let someone rent it for long terms

maybe 30 or more depend on the renter
