Kudos to Admin and Mods

Why is it necessary for moderators living outside of Chiang Mai to be moderating here.... especially SBK who lives in Koh Phangan

There are more than enough Mods living in Chiang Mai....

I am admin and mod nearly all forums, cheers. And, in fact, respond to reports made about any and all forums as I did with this particular one.

Next time you have a question of me regarding my modding of forums suggest you contact me directly as per forum rules.

Many folks who live in HS4 and that area will not be happy if I say anything that exposes the weakness of the market in that area.

Oh, I am sure the poor folks at HS4 and environs would forgive your comments if you:

A: Provided some evidence to support your claim of "the weakness of the market in that area", and

B: told them where you live, so they would know what they should be aspiring to
