Large 3bed Condo For Rent In Supalai Park, Paholyothin Soi 21

Featured Replies

Large 3 bed condo (140sqm) for rent in Supalai Park, Paholyothin Soi 21.

10 minutes walk to Central Lad Prao and the MRT Subway. Just 5 minutes walk to Major Ratchayothin. Also accessible from Viphavadee Soi 20.

Available early April as current tenants are returning to Japan.

On 26th floor, great views with no-one overlooking so complete privacy. Very bright and spacious and a specially custom designed European Kitchen.

Initially furnished for owner living so everything is top quality. The mattresses are Slumberland and I'm already feeling sleepy just thinking about them!

Swimming pool, gym, tennis, squash.

Convenient to Subway and Central Lad Phrao! Its only less than a 10 minute walk away -slowly walking cause the pavement aint the best!

Managed by CB Richard Ellis so building is in really good nick.

Own car park space.

Must view! You know you want it!

My condo is still empty...... with very little interest!

As I'm living back in Ireland now its become a right pain.......

Rent is negotiable - in case I hadnt mentioned it!!!!

Problem is not just the recent upheavals. Location and size of the unit are major factors.

How many expats with families are working in that area?

Actually there are quite a few expats in area....or there were anyway! PLenty of people working in SCB Park (Oil & Gas). But looks like less Expats around these days!

Actually, I just got someone who wants to move in but not until Sept!!!..... So i'm open to short term lettings until then too!

Hey Appleman, I used to have a look at your blog now and again.

I never did get the reason why you left Thailand, and I thought you were going to return to your house in Hua Hin?

Oh, and did your Dad sell his E-type, it was a cracker :D

Razz,

I came home to Ireland for "family and friends"..... and also the increasing hassles with visas there!

But things have gone bust in Ireland - things are really bad!

Sold the E-type alright.... at a fair old loss too.... looked great but ran like Drogba after a tackle!

The blog is well dead.... nothing interesting to post on life in Ireland. Its simple. Its shit!

But could really do with renting out this <deleted> condo!
