Are you having any luck?

The phone is nice, but the "New PC Studio SW" to support it is cr*p.

I want to back up the phone book to the PC............

A simple and obvious task, but Oh No.

It is greyed out saying they function is not supported by the phone........

Can you believe that?

The older versions of the PC Studio do not recognise the phone, so I cannot use those. :)

There is a mention in the phone handbook of Syncing to an external web site.

Why would I want to put my phone numbers on someone elses web site? :D

What a monumental C*ck up Samsung have made.
