This is caused by ISP caching and other ISP issues. Please delete your cache (temp. internet files) and restart your browser. When you are on the page that you want to refresh, do a Ctrl+F5

We are using approx 25% of our server and bandwidth capacity, and the servers are sending out correct content.

Done all that, only happens on TV so how can it be my ISP?

Resetting your browser does squat for ISP caching problems. Its the ISP that needs to flush its cache and reload TV content. I had the same problem last night for about an hour. Ain't nothing you can do about it except wait.

I'm guessing we're all customers of the wonderful 'TrueMove' service. :)

Same here and on recent days too but most especially last night it was probably the same timing..
