Politics Pita Promises Return as PM Amidst Khon Kaen Mayoral Campaign
Yes to you and I, but who are we. And it's really clear that as ignorant farangs we couldn't understand the Thai way of everything. -

Labour Urged to Abandon Tax Pledges to Counter Farage Threat
Nah, no pensioner will ever vote for them again. No point in them changing, we old folk will remember until we're death. That's 10-15 years until Labour will possibly win again. So the 4 years they have, is all they'll get. -

Why Nigel Farage Could Really Be Prime Minister by 2029
You know very well what Indigenous means Ray. If someone moves to Britain from another continent and has a child, that child is obviously not indigenous to Britain. Same as the Maori are indigenous to NZ and Aboriginals are indigenous to Australia. If a Chinese couple move to NZ and have a child, that child is not an indigenous New Zealander. Please stop asking disingenuous, stupid questions that you already know the answer to. Oh, and before you ask... -

ICE vs EV, the debate thread
Yeah.. I saw that promotion ... Actually right now, you can have it around 460K without any freebies. Compared with BYD Sealion or other EV entry car, as I have no charger facility in my condo, neither at work, and knowing that the insurance premium is, I think, much more than a Mazda 2 Prime ... Don't get me wrong, I am pro EV (and I don't own one). The money I am going to save without gas, will it really cover the expenses difference ? I am just wondering, no here to light up the war ! Maybe better waiting 1 or 2 years, to move to a house where I have a charger, would be a better idea, and the prices and the market would be more mature and stable with even better range and technology. I don't know if some of you are same me, but what makes you decide to choose ICE or EV. I am not interested about the one who got solar, or free charge somewhere ... thanks. By the way, we are Mazda owners for 15 years, quite happy about this. Driving 6d/week to work is around 60km per day (80% highway with some traffic). Charging would be at a PTT station, 1km from condo, maybe ever Sunday. What do you think ? -
