I don't have a more detailed map but be aware that there are actually 4 piers in Ban Rak. Head for the Petcharat Marina/Pier, walk through

and there you have the Sunseeker bar. (Directly opposite JP Minimart).

You have to log in , when you arrive. This is to prove ID.This is why , it is important that you remember your password.
