I have relations arring in September for a long visist and they wish to take the basis Padi diving course.

Could anyone recommend a Padi dive school either on Koh Samet or in Hua Hin

Check out PADI e-learning at the PAD website. They can complete all the theory on line before they leave home. It a bit more costly going this route but will save them some time and gives them a more flexability. You can also complete the theory and confined water requirements before they leave home. This would save some time when they got here. Most PADI shops will do the training and give them a referal. All they need to do when they get here is to complete 4 open water dives with an instructor. Have fun.
