Hi everyone,

first time to post here on the farming forum so bear with me. I am looking to buy some rice seeds and I don't know where to buy in Bangkok. Please help.

Not sure about Bangkok,

but everywhere out here in the minor cities,

there is Paddy Rice sold in the small animal feed stores.

It's sold as chicken or bird feed,

nothing different from rice seed.

There's no indication of the quality of the seed to grow a high yield crop,

it's straight off the random crop grown last year.

It's typically sold in 5 kg clear plastic bags.

Incidentally, I grew Peanut this year using raw shelled peanut with skin on,

purchased at Tesco grocery store in a 500 gram bag for B34

Same with Sunflower, Black Bean, Red Bean, Black Sesame and Soybean.

Paddy Rice isn't sold in the grocery store, but not far away.
