Looking to buy land to have a small hobby farm not too far from the water. I have no idea what a fair price is can you help .

Last year the mrs was offered land at anywhere from 65,000 up to 300,000 baht per rai.

Price of course depends on title deed and location.

One thing I found is a discount will be given for larger purchases if paying cash.

The mrs could have bought a 4 rai plot for 1 million baht instead of 1.2 million.

Mrs is still looking for a suitable piece of land and we will be heading back down that way in the next few weeks.

Plenty of rubber tree farms as well as a lot of fruit farms for sale.
