Here come the floods…Sattahip under water, Pattaya soon to follow

SATTAHIP:-- Residents of Sattahip District which is located just outside of Pattaya, woke up to complete chaos on Wednesday as heavy and sustained rainfall caused flash floods and severe problems on the roads. This was the first rains for at least one month in the Sattahip area and it was clear that the local drainage system could not cope.

I already experienced two road floods this year on Soi Siam Country club at the lowest point at the furniture store.
