Two times in the last week when using bangkokchat I have left my computer idle and connected to the website for 3 or 4 hours, upon returning I find that I have been kicked and had my IP banned

Who can I get in touch with to find out whos abusing their admin rights?

Are you using an inappropriate nick name maybe? In that case, login with a proper name. That would solve your problem.
