Sorry Nelson,

Can't answer your question but not heard of a Yellow Tabien Baan before could you explain what one is. Not had to rent upto now, stayed at the wifes family or in Hotels but will be later in the year.

Mr BoJ

The yellow book is issued to foreigners who are legal owners of condos only.

Cheers George, is there a thread that explains this more or a web site?

Mr BoJ

I have a yellow tabien baan.

I don't have a condo but live in the house that we build for our retirement.

It was quite some administation and it took about 6 weeks.

I've got a Yellow Tabien Bahn, from a house owned by my wife.

I can't remember why I got it, something to do with immigration or driving license I think!!
