Members Reading Forums Or Threads

hi. at the moment I can't see the list of members logged in and reading forums or threads (usually shown at the bottom of the page). This has happened before also. And then eventually I log in and they appear again. Why is this so, oh wise one?

At times of high loading certain less necessary functions are disabled, you may also notice threads with loads of replies but apparently no views.

When the load reduces these functions return.
