PATTAYA:-- While Pattaya endured its second night of curfew, Pattaya Police received a report of 4 young boys attempting to steal a motorbike from the front of an apartment complex in Soi Nokow in Central Pattaya. The owner of the bike, Khun Wisanoo aged 24, spotted the boys using a saw and attempting to break a chain around the front wheel of the Honda Charlie.
