If I Had A Problem With Surgeon Who Do I Go Too?

Featured Replies

Hi, i am just wondering,

If someone had a problem with plastic surgery in Thailand that couldnt be resolved between surgeon and patient, who would the patient contact for advice or mediation ?

Thank you

Learning: Buyer beware. If is too cheap is probably not first class.

Heir a lawyer

If you have a real problem you friends could try Ghostbusters. Seriously that is the problem with here. It is buyer beware. I am sure there is good work here but you bear total responsability.

As above. There is really no recourse other than a lawsuit which will cost probably mopre than it is worth in both money and aggravation (and which a foreigner is unlikely to win).

hi sheryl

a foreigner can win if he/she has a justifiable cause and reason....

even in a murder case.... farang can still win....

if you like.... you can go back and read the guilty verdict on a murder case in ranong, last year....

as for the cosmetics problem.... try to get an influrential thai to accompany you.... to negotiate for a refund of some sort....

or lithigate.... to get your satisfaction of sort.... <not a very good advice, shame on myself....>
