Want To Rent House In Bangkok

I currently live in a nice town house for 8,000 baht per month off Lat Phrao 101 but I am looking for a house with parking for 2 vehicles plus 2 motorcyles and pet friendly.

I work on Ratchadaphisek but willing to relocate anywhere that would not take over an hour to work each day. Min Buri anywhere.

I own a home in Burirum so I don't want to buy. I can sign a 1-2 year lease with no problem. Hoping to find a place for 12,000-20,000 baht...

Let me know if you know somewhere. Madam works in Huay Kwang if that helps any..
