Ideal opportunity to visit beautiful areas of Thailand. Good salary plus bonus with transport and accommodation allowance when away from home.

This is a 3-month role (July – September 2005) to find and visit accommodation in Thailand in order to judge its suitability for visitors from the UK. The accommodation owners are homeowners and small guesthouses.

Employment contract with a UK company protected under English law with frequent contact with the London head office.

Experience:

Has 8 years+ work experience

Have worked in Thailand for at least a year (at some point)

Have traveled around Thailand

Knowledge of Thai Culture

Personal skills:

Mature

Resourceful

Personable

Culturally sensitive

Reliable and trustworthy

Education:

Fluent in English

Writes English to a high standard

Speaks Thai at conversation level

Has high level of organisational skills

Uses email regularly

Able to fill out forms and upload pictures onto a website (using tools not technical programming skills)

Other:

Secondary education

Able to travel around Thailand 50% of the time for 3 months

Prepared to stay in accommodation of varying levels

Has bank account which money can be transferred into from the UK

25-30,000 Thai Baht per month to be paid monthly by bank transfer. Allowance for accommodation and transport. There will be a further bonus paid at the end of the three-month period.

Applications are welcomed from people who are only available for three months. However, there will be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract to carry on this work in other parts of Thailand or to a role which involves liaising and managing our accommodation owners on an ongoing basis.
