In the UK happy to pay for the persons time, are there any people set up to give advice over the phone about certain situations?

Why don't you ask for advice on here in the first instance?

A couple of qualified advisers offer some pro bono advice on this forum and would, I'm sure, point you in the right direction if further support were needed.

No problem; but I am not a qualified adviser.

I'm also on my lunch break and about to go back to work, so wont be able to look at it until this evening. (UK time)
