Need Ayutthaya Orthopedist

Does anyone have a recommendation for a skilled orthopedist in the Ayutthaya / Bang Pa-In area? My partner is having persistent leg and hip pain. It has bothered her off and on for a couple of years.

She is having a pretty bad episode right now and all the doctors are giving her is anti-inflammatory meds, which help with the pain, but don't get to the cause of the problem.

My recommendation is not to mess about with local docs but to come in to Bangkok.

There is no comparison as to the quality of care available.

She will need some investigations (eg x-ray, likely MRI) to determine the cause of the pain

If she has had any such tests, bring the films with her

If cost is a constraint, go to Siriraj

Agreed to not mess around with the local clinics. They just gave her a "band-aid" (anti-inflammatory and sleep aid) and what she needs is a diagnosis and treatment.

I found from internet search that Bumrungrad and Sikarin in Bkk have orthopedic clinics. I gave her the phone number for Sikarin yesterday and told her not to mess around and get an appointment set up. I will give her the number for Bumrungrad today when she wakes up. She is in Ayutthaya and I'm in the US, so she has to use her best judgment.
