Anyone renting this apartment can also register a business at this address. The building is semi-commercial, meaning that the first three floors house commercial businesses.

The landlord is willing to provide the necessary building documents to register a business at this address even if you are renting an apartment. This is where and how we registered our condom company ten years ago. We used the second bedroom as our office and the living room as the warehouse for our first shipment. After a couple of years we were able to rent office and warehouse space on the second floor of the same buidling, which is also now available.

We are now in the process of moving and helping the landlord to find a new tenant as per the terms of our agreement. The apt will be available on July 1st.
