is there anyway to copy and paste into notes from my computer? I want to put a bunch of thai words in there for reference and its a lot easier from the computer. I suppose I could emal myself and copy and past but would rather do it direct, anyone know how?

If you're using Windows:

In iTunes click on the Info tab and scroll down the main screen to Advanced

The last check box is for Notes. Check this.

In Outlook you can enter notes there and they will now be synced with your iPhone.

windows vista....... I went to outlook, then clicked the note tab and made a note. a very small note window comes up but there is no save button. When i close outlook and open again it is still there. I then went to itunes and can only click the notes if i agree to click to sinc to outlook notes. i clicked both and told it to sink but the notes dont go into my notes on my iphone
