A few more pics and comments about the unit. This is a very high priced area. 2 buildings down is Frazier Suites and 49 sq meter serviiced apts in that building go for 86K per month. We dont offer the service but for 25K you are getting a larger unit plus 2 TVs and 2 DVD players along with the extra large fridge and quality washer and built in 2 burner cooking area. This unit is a steal for a qualified tenant
