Pattaya Police shut down 3 Million Baht drug supply ring

PATTAYA: -- On Wednesday Morning at Pattaya Police Station, Police Colonel Nantawoot, the Pattaya Police Chief, led a press conference to announce the arrest of a major suspected drug dealer. The arrest was made following information gained from another suspected drug dealer who was arrested on Tuesday after being caught with Crystal Methamphetamine hidden inside Croissants. This led to the arrest of Khun Chaiwat aged 40 at a clothes shop located close to the Tuk.Com Center on the South Pattaya Road. He was caught with 750 Yabba Tablets and 62 Bags of Crystal Methamphetamine weighing a total of 77.19g. 43,800 Baht in cash was seized along with bank books showing balances totaling 3 Million Baht. The cash will be seized as it is suspected of being proceeds of illegal drug sales. Khun Chaiwat has been charged with serious class 1 drug offences and will be held on remand pending an initial court appearance.

Now that was some hi class croissants and one upset competitor.

I bet the brown shirts will have the stash on the street within a week after the press records the 'evidence' and they extract a confession. blink.gif
